Description

The first session lasts approximately 1.5 hours. After reviewing the process with Oshi, she will record your voice tone to determine what note, down to the 100th of a note, at which your body is resonating. Then you will lie down on the VibraSound table with headphones and an eye pillow, resting while your CD is created. This typically takes about 30 minutes and is very relaxing.

The session includes: testing procedures with Clinical Kinesiology, instruction counseling, Bio-Tune recording, 30 minutes of table work, and your personal audiology CD that is yours to keep.

Instructions

Listen to your Delta 1 CD at night until your next appointment, in about 2 weeks. Listen to your CD only once per night. If you become irritated or agitated, your body may be telling you to decrease the amount of time you need to listen - either shorten each listening session or listen every other day. Also, adjusting the volume to a lower level may help the agitation pass. Do not listen to the CD at loud decibels as this may damage the eardrum.

During your program

Clients may notice some, or all, of the following responses as their body goes through a physical detoxification:

• Profound tiredness ~ a feeling that you could sleep for 12 hours. This is usually a sign that all of your energy is being used for the purpose of healing

• Flu-like Symptoms: Reactions from your secondary elimination organs may occur as body is releasing toxins
  − Sinuses: flu-like symptoms, runny nose, etc.
  − Lungs: coughing, excessive clearing of the throat
  − Skin: rashes, sweats

• Increased urination and bowel movements

• Nightmares, night-sweats, excessive mental activity (usually between 1:00 and 3:00 am)

Specific uses for your Delta 1 CD after completing Phase 1

Delta 1 is the deepest, scientifically observed brain state, for somatic healing of the body and deep sleep. Your Delta 1 CD is an excellent way to help you recover from mental and physical exhaustion, as well as colds, flu’s and other virus or bacteria.

Each CD is custom made for you. As is true for all CDs created at SoHA, they should not be duplicated or given to others.
