Each frequency disk is a time dosage. During each treatment make sure your CD player is not set to repeat. It is recommended to work with a player that shuts off automatically when the disk is complete. Look for a player that does not have an AM/FM function.

Each frequency disk is a time dosage. So it is important ensure that the frequency track does not repeat. We recommend making a separate playlist in iTunes or on your iPod containing only the specific frequency you are working with in your program.
Listening Guidelines
Listen to your CD only once per night with headphones that meet the recommendations. Left ear piece on left ear, right ear piece on right ear.
Continue listening even if you become irritated or agitated. If you become agitated, this may be your "threshold" experience, in which case you may turn the volume down but continue to listen. Adjusting the volume to a lower level may help the agitation pass.
Volume is important. Do not listen to the CD at loud decibels as this may damage the eardrum.
