How to Enroll in SoHA Courses

Enrolling in a course at SoHA is a process of entering consciousness work. Part of this process is choosing the best door to enter the journey. SoHA Teachers, Counselors and Staff are here to assist you in the perceiving of this door, and to guide you along the way.

New students start with the New Student Application.

When we receive your application, we will call to schedule a general consultation. During the consultation, in person or over the phone, we will go over your application and intention for becoming a SoHA student. All student applications are reviewed by the SoHA Director and Staff, and remain confidential. We assist new students in determining the best and highest path at this time.

We also work with students to assess prerequisites as needed. For all intermediate and advanced course work, prerequisites must be completed prior to beginning the course.

Prerequisites

The body of work at SoHA is intense, deep, real, and life changing. Students take a path with beginning level courses and then move into the advanced courses later. The enrollment process is thorough to ensure you are ready for this deep work.

Course Interviews

When a student applies for a course, they will be contacted by a staff member to schedule a Course Interview with a SoHA Teacher. During a course interview, students will learn about the program they are attending as well as address any concerns that may arise. Full acceptance into any SoHA Course is determined when the course interview is complete.

Steps Required to Apply

1. Complete the New Student Application form.

2. When contacted by SoHA Staff, set up a general consultation.

3. Check course prerequisites and schedule sessions as needed.

4. Submit course registration agreements and tuition; details are on the course page of the website.

5. Complete course materials, such as the student information workbook or questionnaire.

6. Schedule a SoHA Course Interview.

7. Receive an email confirmation of acceptance in the course, or recommended next steps.

Confirmation of Enrollment

You will receive an email receipt for your tuition payment. If it is determined that the timing of the course is not right, or SoHA cannot accept you into the program for which you applied, your deposit will be returned in full. Sometimes this happens if prerequisites have not been met or the program is full.

Tuition

Tuition payments are completed two weeks prior to course date. Deposits for all SoHA Courses are transferable up to three consecutive course weekends.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available for those who wish to attend but cannot afford full tuition. If you wish to apply, visit the One Heart website and follow the steps for scholarship applicants.
