Inner Knowing Course
This course creates a spontaneous, trusting environment which allows us to genuinely try on new ways of being or new experiences of the self for the purpose of moving towards the True Self; the one that values contribution, connection and love above all.
The Inner Knowing Course is a training for all students and assistants to see each other with the eyes of the heart. This course is only valuable to those open to looking within. When we have the space and courage to re-vision ourselves outside of how we may have known ourselves - we transform with gratitude.
The work at SoHA helps you look at what there is to transform, and who are you really. First, there is an emotional detox, and in that movement the visioning forward to the next place, setting up frequencies to go towards. SoHA helps people understand transformation. We want you to be exactly who you are.
Each student receives an intention for their course weekend written by Apolonia and instructors. The intentions are held by all in the room as a powerful metaphor for the Heart's opening by Grace. For over 20 years, we have witnessed these intentions manifest in our lives for the good of all.
For the first time, we are publishing a few of the intentions written for students in the course, without their names, so our community has a sense what is transforming in our collective.

Deposit
A deposit of $400 is required to secure your space in the course. The tuition balance is due two weeks prior to the course start date.
Orientation
Orientation is a two-hour evening session held at SoHA Atlanta and is available via webcast for out-of-town students. Orientation is a prerequisite and provides a beginning look at the experiential nature of the Inner Knowing course. We will also review details and logistics and answer any questions.
