Inner Knowing Course Intentions

An essential part of the gift of the Inner Knowing Course is the intention written and held by Apolonia, the instructors and all the participants in the weekend. Fully energized, this intention is a powerful metaphor of Grace opening the hearts of each participant, and as has been seen for over 20 years, comes to manifest in the lives of participants for the good of the whole. Here we are sharing a few intentions from recent courses, of which there are many more, for all of the SoHA community to know what was transforming in our collective each weekend.

Dear SoHA Community,
This is what we all accomplished this weekend - you were with us. We are a community making a difference. Put on your calendar the dates for IK next year, and let nothing stand in your way. Mark them as sacred and come and be part of the movement, the blossoming of others that you are so good at. If you were here, know that you were part of it, and these intentions are part of you. If you were not here, know that you want to be part of this. Reserve the weekends - this is important to you, begin to see what it means to you to be here.

"It is time to give birth to your soul, full with the power of your heart and the love of life. Go beyond the servant of an old order, exhausted by the never-ending question of abandonment and tightness – born from an old world. Open to the flow, to enjoy – to breathe – to feel yourself in the depth of your body. There is a bigger journey that awaits an outrageous adventure full of creative expression that births the depth of the feminine as Mystery."

"You are the one. This is the time to fully value the “gem” that you are. Relax to allow the support to release the old cage and complete with the past. Beyond the pressured world of the father and mother – listen deeply and trust to embrace yourself fully. Then, like a star shining brightly in the night sky, you will dance freely to guide the path of fully aligned aliveness – the rhythm and flow of the rightness of life for others."

"Death – Rebirth – now is the time. The imprints of an old world have swallowed the truths of the heart. Go beyond the chaos and fear that blinds and betrays – shutting down what is real from the old mother and father. Allow the care to release the mind’s survival. Open to claim the Spirit-father within. Listen deeper to hear and create safety, to embrace the magic of a child’s heart longing to be expressed. Then, the soul’s path will begin, step-by-step. Beginner’s mind in every moment, unfolding towards love. "

Beyond the old paralysis and invisibility, the fear to “not become what is wrong” from the old world – stand tall to embrace the voice of this “child of magic” that comes to open a new world not yet reflected or known. Trust to be the vibrancy that is the connection of your being within your tribe of powerful pioneers that come to create a new unique world – where imagination is real, and Consciousness manifests all."

Allow the support to bring forward a breakthrough past the ancestor’s impoverished collective spiritual identification. The development of a true Warrior Spirit – that will not be stopped in his offering of generosity, to an awakening humanity, through love."

"Awaken the heart to know the truth of what is real within. Slow down to receive, allow the support of care to open the “listening” to embrace what is the home inside. Beyond the hopelessness that manipulates in an old world of delusions, is the depth of honesty and simplicity that can “begin again” – a vision founded in a powerful love."

"You are choosing yourself now, and all the stars smile brighter. Release to trust the self. Allow the care to take you deeper to experience the safety of speaking the deeper truth of the old wounds. Then, a rebirth – a new life powerfully committed to emerging the fire of the heart’s longing – manifesting as blessings everywhere in your life."
