Unfolding the Inner Wisdom
Unfolding the Inner Wisdom is an exploration and practice of developing the "watcher" within. The watcher, or more commonly known as the "witness", is the space inside ourselves that is able to be centered and observe. Development of the watcher is the core practice, essential to knowing ourselves and going beyond our conditioned reactions and responses. This is an invitation to have the space within to truly chose a more loving, generous and compassionate life.
The Wisdom Course has a profound exercise designed by Rinpoche and Apolonia to train you in the moment, in your body, to stay centered, watching, and connected within. This is an individual personal training for your life!
The Wisdom class is movement towards a deeper "inner connection" that brings the maturity of an open heart, compassionate mind, and alignment to the aliveness of the essence-self within.

Deposit
A deposit of $100 is required to secure your space in the course. The tuition balance is due two weeks prior to the course start date.
Assist the Course
After completing the Heart course you are invited to return as an assistant. Assisting the course continues your journey and unfolding. Tuition: $100.
