Journal Coaching: Writing to the Self
This is about making journaling and the relationship to the self real in your life.
Everyone is unique - your style of writing to the self is your own. We are here to encourage you to continue journaling. Like meditation, there is no "right way" to journal, there is only journaling. Can you imagine every day asking yourself, "Hey, how is it going? - in your own style. Communicating with yourself is the most intimate and worthwhile practice that you can give yourself as you go through the learnings.
This coaching offers encouraging insight and support. It is simple and real. Simply keep journaling when you can, for as long as you want. Really and gently looking at what the self may be saying to you, to yourself.
This is opportunity for you to insightfully be your own teacher - your own nurturing parent in your own way. Journal coaching is asking - What's coming up? What are the voices sayings? What do you find yourself writing about?
This is to support the discovery and investigation of you; you investing in you.
