Mentor Training Program
Program Description:
The Mentor Training Program is designed by Apolonia to provide the next level of intense training. At the Mentor level you are no longer the student in a course - you are your own student as your being is in service to Spirit. There is the study of the "inner parent" more so than the "inner child". This is the level of the Mentor - every teaching in this class is related to your IMPACT on others.
As Apolonia says, "The whole design of SoHA is to support the transformation of a human being into their true nature and live from the heart and Spirit. There has been so much thought put into every movement, and there are so many experiences and wisdom collected along the way... every little thing is geared towards producing a frequency and holding the energy at deeper levels."

About Mentor Training Program
In the Mentor Training Program you will...
- Keep studying the reality on the path of the "Outer is the Inner"
- Prepare mentors for OD, IK, and other advanced courses
- Learn to read the "book" of the unconscious at deeper levels
- Continue to hone the ego structure to be in service to the heart and Spirit
- Create the opportunity to experience NEW exercises that have been added to OneDream
- Practice sharing, compassion, stretching the heart-field, non-judgment, sacred movement, centering...
- Training to see and understand our impact on others, and stay present and in the heart even more...
Class 1: Service and Integrity to the Deeper Self
We will use the movie "The Last Samurai" to study the hero's journey in service to the deeper self and the world. We will learn to study the metaphors and information rising from the unconscious in our own lives - for the purpose of directing us on our conscious journey. We will have very intense dyads to practice holding the heart space at all new levels in life.
Class 2: Vision Self as a Being in Service
An exploration of our noble qualities and their relationship to our true nature as guidance and connection to Spirit. Discussion points: service vs. servitude; holding intentions (advanced); survival and fear - to centered chosen action; core fears that dominate our lives; and deeply knowing the self and the fears so they cannot drive us.
Class 3: Sacred Space and Holding the Depth
The class is very experiential. It is necessary for those students joining via web cam have more than 2 people in their location. We will use skits to practice allowing the sacred energies that truly facilitate the heart space to open.

Class 4: Service through Demonstration of the Learner in Devotion to Heart
This class is a training for the activities of many SoHA courses where demonstrations are used to communicate exercises to students. Mentoring can be seen through the demonstration of the IK Mission of Love and many of the exercises of other course. We will train mentors how to express the exercises for the best and highest good of others - while learning to stand deeper in vulnerability and alignment to Spirit.
