OneDream Course Preparation
We are excited that the fifth OneDream weekend is almost here! This page is full of information to guide you as we gather for Weekend 5. We are looking forward to all of us being together!
What to Bring
Backjack Chairs and Body Pillows
Please bring your Backjacks and body pillows, and any you are storing for tribemates, to each OneDream Weekend.
Journal
You will want to have a dedicated journal for your OneDream weekends and experience. Please bring a journal and pen to each OneDream Weekend.
Frequencies
Bring your Audiology CDs and CD player or create a playlist on your iPod.

Flashlight (For your walks to cabins in the evening)
Room and Board
Room and Board for the weekend is $285. If you have not already, please email soha@sohaonline.org to confirm your preferred method of payment by Tuesday, Jan 10th.
Carpooling
Ride to Twin Rivers with at least 1 other person - Ride with at least 1 other person - communicate via the Yahoo group to ensure all have settled in their travel plans and are taken care of. A majority of your course mates are from out of state - continue checking on each other to ensure everyone is together. Clothing
Dress respectfully for the sacred as you do any OneDream, bring layers so you stay comfortable.
Twin Rivers is a retreat where we will walk to and from our cabins and the course room, bring comfortable shoes. You may want to bring socks to wear in course room, as we will be removing our shoes during the course.
Energies
Additionally when considering attire for the weekend, please avoid shorts, tight pants, short skirts and low-cut tops. This is for your basic comfort, and it is also because this is an advanced course - please dress for a mature, introspective weekend.
Food
We will begin Thursday night at 6:45 with a dinner for everyone at the Course Room.
Breakfasts
Breakfasts - There will be light breakfast (eggs, granola, coffee and fruit) delivered to your cabins on Thursday. Please plan with your cabin mates if there are special items you would like to have in the mornings (bread, creamers, etc.).
Shopping
Please pick up any supplies before arriving for the weekend :-) You may find it easiest to shop at a familiar store in Atlanta before traveling, and you will also pass through the small town of Cleveland (if you travel GA 400) or Cornelia (if you travel I-85 to I-985) on your way to Twin Rivers.
Lunch and Dinner
Lunches and Dinners - served near the course room. All allergen information has been taken into account.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol (and other mood altering substances) - Do not bring any non-prescription drugs or alcohol with you to the weekend. Please take yourself seriously.
