About Heart Course
In this course also know as the Heart Course, you will discover that you actually live in a series of "cocoons" that have been designed to keep you safe and keep you small.
Come learn how to break through the cocoons of your parents/lineage and the many different ways they show up in your life.
You will shed the not enoughness that came from interpreting your parents world and how it impacted you. You will see through their eyes the truth - and this awareness will complete a deep cycle within you and propel you forward in your life.
At this time, we are standing together at the gates of change - Emerging into Being: The Open Heart, is an initiation into the creating of a new, stronger foundation to life. The processes of this class allow us to come out of the assumptive cocoons of dependency into true spiritual empowerment. We are training to move from the one we have learned to be to the one who we truly are.
This class is an opportunity to take into practice and experience very profound spiritual teachings. So there is more than just a knowing or understanding of them in the mind - there is actually practice that allows students to really work these concepts in life.
You are the one that creates the open-hearted environment that becomes your world. The expansion beyond old identifications allows for the deepening of the relationship with the true self. This is, of course, more difficult than it sounds because it is the true embracing of all that is occurring, decompartmentalizing right and wrong.
In a deep sense - this is how we will become in love with our lives, real in our suffering, and in oneness in our embracing of each other.
In this course we will focus on:
- You as a "Holographic" Being
- Strengthening of the Core Self
- Compassion to Self
- Seeing the Identities of the "false self"
- The Open Heart
As is traditional with all courses by Apolonia and Rinpoche, this course includes personalized coaching movements, meditations, chanting, and practices.

A deposit of $100 is required to secure your space in the course. The tuition balance is due two weeks prior to the course start date.
