Theta [Theta]
For deep mental relaxation and meditation
Description
The Theta session lasts approximately 1 to 1.5 hours and includes emotional testing procedures with kinesiology, 30 minutes of table work, and 4th Voice-Tone CD.
This session can run longer because of the additional kinesiological testing done to fine tune the client’s Theta CD. Creation of the CD and the table work will be identical to the proceeding sessions.
Instructions
This CD should be listened to while sitting up or reclining in a relaxed position, and not before bed. Early evening or in the middle of the day is fine.
The first time you listen to your Theta CD, try recalling the very first memory of your life. Unroll this experience as if it were a film and let it be catalyst for a whole series of earliest memories to automatically come forward, in whatever order of age or sequence. Just let the memories and emotions happen. You do not need to analyze them in any way, just let them unfold.
If any questions arise during your program, email Oshi directly at oshi@sohaonline.org.
During your program
For the following days, try recalling your earliest memory of your father, mother, brothers and sisters, one per day, and also the memory of your first love. Your first love is usually pre-puberty and, therefore, non-sexual in nature. You only need to focus on these memories for about 5 minutes, and then just enjoy the rest of the CD.
You may experience mood swings as your body goes through an emotional recall, or you may release long held emotions through your dreams. One dream could be a release of the emotion, with another dream presenting the memory the emotion it was attached to.
Specific uses for your Theta CD after completing Phase 1:
Theta state is for deep-seated emotional beliefs and answers to emotional issues. It is also good for opening the mind to creative thought and meditation. Your Theta CD is an excellent meditation tool and will help you discover creative answers to stressful problems.
Each CD is custom made for you. As is true for all CDs created at SoHA, they should not be duplicated or given to others.
